The Web/Online Specialist role will play a key part in elevating the brand of Alberta Cancer Foundation across the province in order to achieve our mission and purpose: To create more moments for Albertans facing cancer by inspiring our community to give to innovation in detection, treatment and care.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist with WordPress and Classy updates
• Manage Social Media schedules with the HootSuite platform
• Direct marketing via email
• Tag photos online with SmugMug

Requirements:
As a provincial organization, this role can be based anywhere in Alberta, Canada and work is completed remotely.
Minimum 2 years experience (including school projects) in web development.
Proven knowledge of marketing communication, public relations and social media platforms.
The successful candidate is an individual who likes to learn, loves data and has a marketing spin to their online experience.
A demonstrated interest in volunteerism and making a difference in the lives of Albertans facing cancer.
Desire to gain experience in a provincial-side contemporary fundraising organization.
