Responsibilities:

You check in with and train team leads.
You spot areas for growth and recruitment.
You have biweekly check-ins with all subject matter team leads.
Once we agree to onboard/offboard a lead, you make sure it gets done + the meeting happens.
You work on finding new mentors for teams that need more talent along with the Job Coordinator.
You are responsible for hiring/finding new subject-matter Team Leads and making sure that subject-matter Team Leads stay on top of their tasks.
Makes connections to private sector companies
Handles all HR issues for the organization
