AnimalShield is a registered nonprofit, 100 % volunteer-run organization in Canada and our mission is to shield animals from suffering across the world, currently working primarily in India.

Position Title: Social Media Coordinator

Position Type: Volunteer

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months to 1 year (flexible)

Key Duties:
• Monitor and post on our social media platforms on a daily basis
• Promote the organization's fundraising activities and events
• Develop and expand community outreach efforts
• Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities

Qualifications and Experience:
• Excellent written communication and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
• Strong social media user with a track record for posting engaging content
